The Mum and Baby
Hands on Healing Therapy
Programme ™️
Less talking. More healing.
If you want something to help you both … and you’re ready for something that truly works,
Besides your baby can’t talk yet!
This programme is for mums who feel exhausted by repeating their story and receiving well-meaning but generic advice that doesn’t truly shift how they feel. After a difficult start, the impact isn’t just in the mind, it’s held in the body, for both you and your baby. And while your baby can’t put their experience into words, their body still carries it.
Through a unique blend of hands-on therapeutic techniques and gentle energy healing, including Reiki, we move beyond conversation and into real, physical and emotional release. This work supports the nervous system, eases stored tension, and creates a deeper sense of safety, calm, and connection for you both.
Alongside this, you’ll gain clear, empowering insight into the deeper why behind the work, so you fully understand how your baby’s body processes experiences, and why this approach creates lasting change.
Because this isn’t about talking more…
it’s about finally feeling the difference.
