The Mum and Baby

 Hands on Healing Therapy

Programme ™️

 Less talking. More healing.

If you want something to help you both … and you’re ready for something that truly works,

Besides your baby can’t talk yet!

This programme is for mums who feel exhausted by repeating their story and receiving well-meaning but generic advice that doesn’t truly shift how they feel. After a difficult start, the impact isn’t just in the mind, it’s held in the body, for both you and your baby. And while your baby can’t put their experience into words, their body still carries it.

Through a unique blend of hands-on therapeutic techniques and gentle energy healing, including Reiki, we move beyond conversation and into real, physical and emotional release. This work supports the nervous system, eases stored tension, and creates a deeper sense of safety, calm, and connection for you both.

Alongside this, you’ll gain clear, empowering insight into the deeper why behind the work, so you fully understand how your baby’s body processes experiences, and why this approach creates lasting change.

Because this isn’t about talking more…
it’s about finally feeling the difference.

Who this programme

can help

01.

Traumatic Birth

Whether your birth didn’t go to plan, felt overwhelming, frightening, or left you feeling out of control, that experience can stay in the body long after the moment has passed.

Your body may still be holding tension, emotion, or stress from that experience, and your baby may be carrying the imprint of it too.

Through hands-on therapeutic support and gentle energy healing, we help both you and your baby release what’s been held, calm the nervous system, and begin to feel safe, connected, and at ease again.

02.

NICU, SCBU,PICU or PCCU admission Parents.

When your baby has needed specialist care, whether for a short stay or a longer journey, it can be an intensely emotional and overwhelming experience. The environment, the uncertainty, and the lack of control can leave a lasting imprint on both you and your baby.

Even after you’re home, it’s common to feel on edge, disconnected, or unsure how to fully settle together.

This programme offers gentle, hands-on support and calming energy work to help release what’s been held in the body, regulate the nervous system, and rebuild a deep sense of safety, confidence, and connection for you both.

 Babies up to 12 Months.

03.

Mental Health Challenges

Motherhood can bring incredible joy, but it can also be overwhelming, especially when dealing with postnatal depression, anxiety, or obsessive thoughts. These experiences can leave you feeling disconnected from your baby, unsure of how to soothe them, or exhausted by constant worry.

This programme offers a hands-on, body-based approach combined with gentle energy healing to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and rebuild confidence. You’ll gain practical tools and deeper understanding of how these experiences impact both you and your baby, helping you feel more grounded, connected, and capable in your motherhood journey.

Why this Therapy Programme was created:

  • extensive background in both therapies and supporting mums and babies
  • own daughter spent time in PICU,PCCU with no after support. only self refered to talking therapies that looked at childhood not the hear and now
  • soon realised not much support is avaialble beyond while your in the hospital.
